About us

StingOrg is a consulting company specialized in Quality management, Process optimization and Lean management. In essence, we manage improvement and implementation projects, perform leadership coaching and internal audits.

We partner with organizations in the Life sciences, Automotive, and Aerospace industries, guiding them on a journey towards self-optimization and responsible leadership.

StingOrg was founded in 2013 by Malte Stöckert, Dipl.-Ing., together with Rolf Eickmann as partner in Bremen, Germany. Both bring +25 years of engineering and leadership experience in Automotive and MedTech industries.

In 2017, the second office was opened and is headed by Kåre Sten, in Böblingen, Germany. In 2020, StingOrg obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification. In 2023, the third office was opened and is headed by Sophie Smolders, PhD, in Hasselt, Belgium.
